- Check the existence of charges over the property such as mortgages, rights of third parties over the property, especially rights of way, etc.  (mainly in the public registries, Catastro and Registro de la Propiedad).

-  Check the existences of urban planning charges.  Most of the people forget about that and, many times, are important amounts.

-  Draft a pre-agreement usually signed to secure the purchase by means of a deposit. We assure the rights of the client, checking the non-existence of clauses contrary to the Law or to his/ her interests.

- Payment of taxes and inscription in the Property Register of the new ownership.
